One of the places we like to visit in Spokane is Manito Park. It's this huge park in a historic area of town and it has several different gardens, a duck pond, and lots of green space. We love to go there and we've visited several times this year.
We decided to pick up smoothies on our way to the park one evening. Evan was very determined to have some too but he's still perfecting his straw slurping.
At the rose garden. The air was so fragrant, I was trying to get Evan to smell the roses but he ended up trying to eat them instead.
Evan loved to play with the gravel and throw rocks. Such a boy. We had a hard time getting him to continue on to things that we thought were more interesting.
Then he spotted the fountain in the English Garden and made a b-line for it.
Evan loved to splash in the fountain and would get both hands going. We had to hold onto him so that he wouldn't fall in head first.

I LOVE all these pictures of your lil' man!! He is growing up so fast and I love hearing about him helping in your garden and yard. What great traditions you are starting! :D
