This weekend I took a CPR certification course as preparation for nursing school. It was at the Red Cross in this random corner of town. John came and met me for lunch and brought some leftover snacks from his PA wheelchair cleaning. We went and got drinks at the gas station which is where I found the purpose of this post. The drink I got was called "Clearly Canadian". When I was younger we would all go out and buy a bottle of Clearly Canadian from Shopper's Drugmart before our long family road trips. You can imagine my surprise to find a little piece of my past and my mother country's beverage in the deep southern state of Georgia. It was even in this fancy glass bottle that had maple leaves imprinted in it. What a pleasant surprise to stumble across my roots when I'm so far from home!

:D I love it when things like that happen.
How much fun!
Thanks for liking my bridal pics, they were so much fun, and I love the backgrounds that she used. So you are starting nursing school, that is great! Will you be getting the BSN or the associates, and how is married life? Any little ones in the near future? Just wondering because we were married the same day, and it seems now that anyone around here married two years is expecting, and I am feeling left out, does that happen to you? Have a great one, and we'll talk nursing school. I've just started, and it is good, but different, more on the emotional side than the need to know lots of facts side.
