Soon I'm going to be quitting my job as a nanny and going to school again for 2 years. I've been accepted into the RN program at the local university. School starts on August 18, the same day as my Northcott Family Reunion so I'll have to miss that too. I'm really sad to be leaving Katie but I think that this is a great opportunity and someday I'll be really glad that I did it. I've been with Katie for almost 7 months and I've seen her grow so much; from a tiny newborn to the rolly-poly 8 month-old she is now. Taking care of her has been so much fun, it just reaffirms to me that I want to have my own kids some day and I want to be the one who takes care of my babies, not a nanny. Here are some pictures of her with me and John.

That's got to be a little bittersweet for you. She's such a little doll! How exciting for the RN program! Congratulations!!
How exciting! Good luck with school, I'm sure you'll do great!
So sad! And yet how exciting/terrifying to go back to school. I can't wait to hear how it goes.
